DOT to Hold Meeting on SR 77 Widening

Representatives from the Florida Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting regarding proposed roadway improvements to SR 77 from CR 276 (Clayton Road) to north of Blue Lake Road. The meeting will be held Thursday, October 11, at the Blue Lake Community Center, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The meeting will allow citizens an opportunity to preview the proposed design, ask questions, and/or provide input.

The proposed project includes a four lane rural roadway with safety and drainage improvements. Right of way acquisition and construction are not funded at this time. Maps, drawings and other information will be on display. FDOT representatives will be available to explain the improvements and answer questions. There will not be a formal presentation or public testimony period.
